Running from 2019 \u2013 2022, the programme saw the team develop an arts-based curriculum in collaboration with teachers, social workers, and students from schools for social development. By partnering with Tung Wan Mok Law Shui Wah School and Caritas Mother Teresa School, AFTEC fostered a safe, creative space for self-expression and growth\u2014while also supporting the development of the Jockey Club Black Box Theatre.\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n

Through Cultural Days, professional development workshops, and the <\/span>AFTEC Lab<\/span><\/i>, the programme expanded artistic horizons and used the arts to nurture emotional depth, self-understanding, and student potential. The final showcase celebrated a three-year journey of transformation, reminding us that every ending can also be a new beginning.<\/span><\/p>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n<\/section>\n<\/div><\/div><\/div><\/div><\/div><\/div><\/section>

Lower secondary students discovered and developed their interests through different taster sessions in technical arts that encouraged creative thinking and expression. The image design course undertaken by upper secondary students gave them a chance to dive deeper into costume design, make-up and hair styling. Apart from gaining professional knowledge, students were able to connect through the arts, empowering their voices and stimulating their imagination.<\/p>\n<\/div><\/div>
