Terms and Conditions
1. The Absolutely Fabulous Theatre Connection Co. Ltd. & its partners shall not be liable for any cancellations due to unforeseen circumstances.
2. The Absolutely Fabulous Theatre Connection Co. Ltd. & its partners reserve the right to make changes to offers and conditions and has the right to make the final decision.
3. All registrations are processed on a first-come first-served basis.
4. Photo and video taking are arranged on event days. AFTEC is a charitable organisation and all images and footages taken will be used for promotion of AFTEC programmes only. Should you have any concerns, please contact our staff.
5. To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, I waive and release, and agree to hold harmless The Absolutely Fabulous Theatre Connection Co. Ltd. (AFTEC), The Government of HKSAR or any of their respective employees or contractors (collectively, the “Organisers”) from any and all losses, damages, liabilities, costs, expenses, claims, actions, proceedings, settlements or demands (“Losses”), arising out of or in relation to the FLOW event, the related activities and/or any other actions or omissions of the Organisers, whether or not the Organisers were advised in advance of such losses or whether or not it was caused by their negligence.
6. The Absolutely Fabulous Theatre Connection Co. Ltd reserves the right to make any changes on the Terms and Conditions without prior notice.
