1. Online registrants’ selected ferry preference will be passed to Fortune Ferry, the operator. The Absolutely Fabulous Theatre Connection Co. Ltd. is unable to guarantee ferry seats. Please arrive at piers at least 30 min before departure (the selected time preference). There may be adjustment to ferry schedules from Fortune Ferry.
2. The Absolutely Fabulous Theatre Connection Co. Ltd. & its partners shall not be liable for any cancellations due to unforeseen circumstances.
3. The Absolutely Fabulous Theatre Connection Co. Ltd. & its partners reserve the right to make changes to offers and conditions and has the right to make the final decision.
4. All registrations are processed on a first-come first-served basis.
5. To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, I waive and release, and agree to hold harmless The Absolutely Fabulous Theatre Connection Co. Ltd. (AFTEC), The Government of HKSAR or any of their respective employees or contractors (collectively, the “Organisers”) from any and all losses, damages, liabilities, costs, expenses, claims, actions, proceedings, settlements or demands (“Losses”), arising out of or in relation to the FLIGHT event, the related activities and/or any other actions or omissions of the Organisers, whether or not the Organisers were advised in advance of such losses or whether or not it was caused by their negligence.
6. The Absolutely Fabulous Theatre Connection Co. Ltd reserves the right to make any changes on the Terms and Conditions without prior notice.
